Astrology is the art and science of understanding our unique souls blueprint and place within the collective of humanity through the language of planetary movement and cosmic energy exchange.
In this beginner level intro to astrology series we will focus on learning about the different components of astrology - houses, signs, planets, aspects, and bring it all together in class 5 where we will spend time learning to read natal charts.
We will meet every Saturday morning for 5 weeks at 11am-2pm, the schedule of classes will be as follows:
April 4th: class 1 - Planets
We will focus on the Luminaries and Planets of our Solar System and their rulership.
April 11th: class 2 - Signs of the Zodiac
We will learn about the 12 signs of the zodiac, and the energies they bring.
April 18th: class 3 - The House System
We will turn our attention to the house system and the domain of life that each house rules over.
April 25th: class 4 - Understanding Aspects
We will shift our focus to the aspects & degrees of astrology to better understand the relationship the planets have with each other.
May 2nd: class 5 - Basic Natal Chart Reading
We will pull it all together! Exploring our own birth charts to synthesize the information gained from the previous classes, and the art of interpretation.
Location: Nine North Street, Salem, MA 01970
In person participation is limited - first come first served. Please use the side entrance to the building. There is no on site parking, but nearby metered and lot parking is available on Essex Street or Bridge Street.
Can't attend in person? Zoom participation is welcomed! Please include your email address when submitting birth information and you will be sent a zoom link to join in and a copy of your natal chart!
